Camel Tank Durability
How durable is a Camel Tank? We set up a couple demonstrations to show you. We filled a few tanks with water, capped the vents and dropped them from 30, 50, 70 and 100ft on to pavement. Then we dragged one around a parking lot for 10mins before slamming it into a curb a few times.
KTM 1190R - 990 Offroad Lockhart Basin UTBDR
My friend Kevin (aka Super Stoked) on a 990 Baja and I on a 1190R take a ride through Lockhart Basin in Utah March 2016. This was the second time I've been through the basin, last time was on a fully loaded BMW F800GS while riding the Utah Backcountry Discovery Route in 2014. Lockhart Basin is listed as an "Expert Only" option on the UTBDR.
2016 DESERT 100 Offroad race, KTM 1190R
46th annual Stumpjumpers Desert 100 race. 1100 riders, 2 waves, Lemans start signaled by a cannon...awesome! This was my 4th year racing in the ADV class (652cc and up), and my first year racing my KTM 1190R. Some drama along the way but got my finisher's sticker and t-shirt.

Hit a boggy section during the 2016 StumpJumpers Desert 100, stopped me dead and tossed me over the bars. It took 3 people 35mins to get it dug out! Stuck in the mud at a desert race, ridiculous!
2013 Desert 100 Offroad race F800gs
In 2013 I raced my beaten up BMW F800GS in the StumpJumpers Desert 100 race. I competed in the Adventure Class (652cc and up).
