We stand behind our products and offer the following warranty policy:

• Warranty Coverage: Camel ADV Products brand motorcycle parts are covered by a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

 

• Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, or modification of the product. It also does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or any damages that result from accidents, collisions, or natural disasters.

 

• 3rd party products sold by Camel ADV Products are covered under the terms of that part's manufacturer.

 

• Warranty Claim Procedure: If you believe that your product is defective, you must contact us within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase. We will then evaluate your claim and, if it is deemed valid, provide a replacement part or repair the defective part at no charge to you. Shipping charges, taxes, duties etc will not be covered by Camel ADV Products Ltd.

 

• Warranty Limitations: Our liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.
