We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of satisfaction when it comes to our parts. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Original Purchaser: Returns can only be initiated and processed by the original purchaser of the product. If the item was a gift or purchased through a third party, it is not eligible for return through our return policy.
Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to clearance items, special orders, and discounted/sale items.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe and timely return of the product.
Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Warranty Claims: If the product is defective or damaged, please refer to our warranty policy for information on how to make a warranty claim.
Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please email us. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return, and we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
