Darwin C "The Fix" brake pedal is AWESOME. However, the rocks of Baja are a force to be reckoned with, and my street tip bent and broke after a low speed lowside in a riverbed....for the record, that rock came out of NOWHERE as they tend to do.
Anyhow, the welds on the fix pedal tip decided to give out, so I opted to try this folding lever. The long and the short of it is that it works great. Moved the pressure point forward about 3/4 of an inch, which gives a bit more leverage and makes "the fix" even better.
Time will tell how it holds up, but for now, I am quite pleased. The non-folding tips are not as suitable for off-road, as the welds are prone to cracking when they are stressed. Or maybe I just need to be a better rider and fall less. Both are quite possible.
Either way, get the folding tip. It is well worth it.

Neil Wyenn The design of the folding replacement brake tip places it about 20mm or .79 inches forward of the old fixed tip position. I find it easier to press on it and have better feel for how much pressure I am putting on it.

Kyle Perfect, nice and easy to find now

Joe I like the longer extension on the street tip. It is well made and helps a novice rider in finding the brake.

Matty whyte I replace the enduro tip with the larger street tip. It works great for me... with the smaller tip I found I Was tipping my boot in at a angle to get a good foot on the tip. Now with the lager one I can find the pedal easier and have a firm footing on the tip. Much better feel. It's only a little bit bigger but it makes a huge difference in brake feel. I can't see it being a issue in the tight bush with sticks n stuff, I haven't snagged it on anything yet.
