We love the Yamaha T7 but found the clutch friction zone to be narrower than we'd like. To help smooth out the toggle switch-like clutch feel, we designed a new clutch actuator arm that is longer than stock. This longer arm widens the friction zone by 60% and reduces the clutch pull substantially for easy one-finger clutch operation! The wider friction zone and one-finger clutch operation make riding off-road more enjoyable. The light clutch pull is also great for riding in stop-and-go traffic.

The kit includes:

  • 6061 billet aluminum with internal splines to match the Tenere's threaded clutch shaft. Available in black, blue, and red 
  • Stainless steel cable guide
  • Stainless steel clevis, clevis pin, and cotter pin

This part is NOT compatible with the OEM Yamaha crash bars! All other crash bars are OK. That means you don't need to email to inquire your brand of crash bars is compatible! If you run no crash bars you are OK. If you use ANYTHING BUT OEM BARS, THE CLUTCH KIT IS COMPATIBLE.

As always, top notch product. east to install. great documentation and customer support. I've bough several upgrades for my T7 from Camel and can tell they proudly make their products with care and attention to detail. just waiting on the exaust to come back in stock and ill be on that as well!

Huge difference over stock

The clutch on the T7 is very street bike oriented, so the clutch is very on/of with little friction zone. The CamelADV 1-Finger Clutch not only expands the friction zone for better feel, but it makes the lever pull easier (1-finger) more more importantly it’s more consistent through the whole stroke. 10/10 would recommend even if this is the only mod you do.

Absolutely the best Solution.

I'm new to Adventure riding, but not new to Motorcycles. I believe the 1 finger clutch fix by Camel is the best thing you can do for your Tenere 700. I literally purchased this product a week after I bought the Bike. My only recommendation is to have a mechanic check to make sure you put it on properly and with the right tolerances.

Yamaha World Raid 1 finger clutch

Ordered the 1 finger clutch kit for my Yamaha World Raid and 16 days later it was on my doorstep in Australia, very impressed with how quickly it got here.
