You no longer have to deal with the Yamaha 700 Tenere's mushy rear brake! The Fix brake pedal addresses the OEM pedal issues. Install one on your bike and feel the difference!

The Fix brake pedal has a modified leverage ratio, which activates your rear brake with less pedal travel and less ankle deflection. This results in a crispier, more "sporty" brake feel.

V1 or V2? Which is for you?

The V1's flatter profile has less flex through the pedal when applied, but it cannot be adjusted low enough to be used with lowered footpegs.

The V2's high OEM-style arch offers plenty of room for adjustment down when using lowered footpegs. The higher arch also means it will flex a bit more when you apply pressure to the pedal. 

Both pedals offer the same leverage ratio correction, and both pedals flex far less than the OEM mild steel pedal.

“The Fix” brake lever

Night and day difference from stock. Rear brake now works like it should. Installation was pretty straightforward, even for someone not particularly handy. Be sure to bleed your rear brake for maximum effectiveness.

Great upgrade for your T7

Fitted the V2 with Pivot Pegz that are 10mm lower than stock and 3mm to the rear (if memory serves). The height adjustment is close to its limit so I wouldn't use the V2 for pegs lowered less than 10mm.

As for performance... soooo good to have a properly functioning rear brake again. Braking power seems like an ideal compromise between road and dirt.
