Camel ADV T7 Minimalist Rack Cargo Install

From the factory, the Yamaha T7 has no place to carry even the smallest bag. Yamaha included four cargo lashing points but no cargo plate of any kind. Even rackless luggage is difficult to mount on this bike as there are no rear tie-down points.

We wanted to make a minimalist, low-profile cargo plate that added was just big enough to carry your tool kit or day pack without being too bulky. Also, it acts as a lashing point for rackless soft bags such as the Mosko Moto Reckless line or the Giant Loop type luggage.

Our Minimalist rack mounts using the rear two threaded subframe mounts (on the side of the bike) and two down to the back of the subframe. To access the rear mounting points, drilling is required but we include a step drill bit to ensure an easy installation.

Benefits:

-Unobtrusive size is big enough to carry your day bag or tool kit without taking away from the overall look of the bike

-Provides lashing points for rackless luggage systems

-Leaves your pillion seat free for a passenger or more room for movement when riding offroad

-Keeps your cargo at the same height as your bike's seat

-Securely mounted without using clunky metal tubes down the bikes side

Your Camel ADV T7 Minimalist Rear Cargo Rack kit includes:

-TIG welded, powdercoated, 11ga, 304 stainless steel cargo rack

-Aluminum thread couplers

-Aluminum spacers

-Stainless steel fasteners

-Step drill bit

This rack is NOT INTENDED for use with top "box type" luggage!
