KTM 790/890 1 Finger Clutch Kit

We love the KTM 790/890 Adventure off-road but find their clutch friction zone narrower than we'd like. To help smooth out the toggle switch-like clutch feel, we designed a new clutch actuator arm that is 19mm longer than stock. This longer arm widens the friction zone by 60% and reduces the clutch pull substantially for easy one-finger clutch operation! The wider friction zone and one-finger clutch operation make riding off-road more enjoyable. The light clutch pull is also great for riding in stop-and-go traffic.

    *Your clutch arm may have 2 or 3 adjustment holes! The two-hole arms have the same reduction as the three-hole version. The two-hole version simply has the innermost hole removed. That first hole was the same as the OEM-length arm.

    Feels Like Hydraulic Clutch Now. Fantastic Upgrade.

    The One Finger Clutch makes my KTM 890 Adventure feel like it has a hydraulic clutch. Moreover, so much more enjoyable engaging off-road with softer pull and wider friction zone. Simple and effective design. Makes a world of difference on those LONG days. The install requires a little study and understanding free play and clearances. But, Cory was kind enough to support me through entire process...even over weekend. A++++ customer support. Highly recommend the product over the notchy on/off stock clutch setup.

    No Instructions & Poor Video Instructions

    I'm sitting here looking for a complete guide to installing this item on my bike and find that the video online keeps referring to an original video which I can't find. New video doesn't explain anything about how to install the cable guide or specifics on assembling the arm correctly. I'd have settled for written instructions but those don't appear to exist. I can pretty much deduce how to install but the video only seems to address how to correctly install after you botched it. I'm sure it's a great product but I'm afraid to attempt the install without knowing that I'm installing it correctly. Thanks for reinforcing my insecurity.

    Almost effortless

    Relatively easy install. Super easy to pull in clutch now. Great quality and looks. This will avoid the pump in your left forearm with off-road ADV rides. Headed to NC next week for an ADV ride

    Best upgrade

    My 790 R Rally came with this installed, I have now used it for more than a year and can't believe the difference it makes versus the stock setup. This should come from the factory.
