Our  KTM 790ADV and Yamaha T7 1 Finger Clutch kits have been some of our best-selling products. We've been swamped with requests for a similar kit for the most popular adventure bike in history, the Kawasaki KLR 650!

Unlike the KTM 790 and Yamaha T7, the KLR's clutch arm is welded to the clutch shaft. We had to design and produce an all-new arm and shaft. We're thrilled with the finished product, and you will be too.

The kit includes the following:

  • Extremely tough 4340 steel shaft
  • Stainless steel clutch arm 
  • Powder-coated, TIG welded, stainless steel cable guide
  • Stainless steel clevis, clevis pin, and cotter pin

Game changing mod

Easy install, about 15 minutes with cleaning and watching the video.

Incredible mod. If you're on the fence about it, just take the plunge. It feels like the clutch engages 60-70% sooner, but the friction zone is so fat you get really granular power.

Besides a clutch bypass switch, this is by far the most impactful mod I've done on the KLR so far, makes it a whole new bike.

bought it, installed it, it works but its definitely NOT 1 finger capable. I am not unhappy with it I actually dont know what to think other than its NOT 1 finger capable. Camel was great no issues but the item just isn't what i thought.

Nice Upgrade

I bought this 1 Finger Clutch arm for my Gen (1.5 2007) KLR650 & the installation was a breeze! Watch their video (on their website) & take your time. It took me about 45 minutes.
As for the results? I noticed it's easier to pull the clutch lever now than with the stock Clutch arm. Nicely built & much more sturdier looking than the stock one. Nice Upgrade!
