This skid plate is not compatible with the DESERT X RALLY! The Rally does not have the mounting bosses for the skid plate's rear mounting bracket.

Not compatible with center stands! Our rear mounting bracket uses the same mounting locations as center stands do.

What to save $50? We currently have a number of "factory seconds" or "Blemished" skid plates available. These skid plates have some cosmetic damage. Select the BLEM/Cosmetic Flaw in the menu on the right when ordering!

Built like a tank

After looking at all available options, this is hands down the most protective skid plate for the DDX you could possibly get. Mounts to the frame, not the engine in any point, protects the side stand, and is compatible with the SW motech center stand. The plate is well finished, it’s really a quality product, but it’s a little bit of an overkill. Unless you are planning to do dumb shit on your bike, you won’t need this much protection. This thing feels like armor plating for a tank; I’ve hit it so hard against rocks, yet I’ve been unable to dent it.
