T7 BRP “Pro-Line” Chain Guide And Mounting Bracket

$134.00 USD

The Billet Racing Product Pro-Line Chain Guide offers increased Strength, superior durability and improved performance in comparison to OEM and other aftermarket chain guides.

The BRP Pro-Line Chain Guides are CAD designed and CNC machined using UHMW-PE polymer material. Thanks to its extremely low coefficient to friction, outstanding abrasion resistance, exceptional impact resistance, and self-lubricating properties, UHMW-PE can absorb a hit without bending, resulting in a much more durable chain guide than OEM or other aluminum chain guides.

The benefits of a BRP Frictionless (Polymer) Chain Guide:

  • Exceptional impact durability
  • Superior wear resistance
  • Less drag increases horsepower
  • Limited 1 year replacement warranty against wear or breakage

Doesn't fit aftermarket chain

This fit on my T7 OEM chain, but once I replaced it with a 525 DID VO chain it will not fit over the chain and there's not enough clearance width-wise to accommodate the new chain. The DID chain is approximately 22.5mm wide, the opening on the guide is about 22mm.

No wear guide

Note: once the chain has worn through it’s no good due to a non replaceable wear plate.

Must have

If you want to really get after it off road you need a tensioner and this one goes the extra mile. On road you can really feel the benefit paired with the cush drive and the whole driveline just feels stronger and smoother. Seems so simple but what a difference.

Mandatory for offroaders

I have a BRP chain guide on all my offroad bikes. Simple and durable, will chain in place and debris from stranding you.

Don't ride off road without a chain guide.

When I saw this product I was puzzled. I went out to the garage and was surprised my T7 didn't have one! How can a bike designed for off road travel not have this? The BRP product is the best you can buy and was a perfect fit, very quick to install. I showed it to a riding buddy that just got his T7 a few months ago. Of course his initial reaction was "wait, what?" and checking to see that his bike didn't have one. Just sayin'
