We now have Camel Toe Side Stands for the 2020-2023 Africa Twin! These stands are different than the 2016-2019 version, so make sure to select the proper version when ordering! Compatibility with the 2024 Africa Twins has not be confirmed yet!

The Camel Toe Side Stand for the '16-'19 Honda Africa Twin CRF1000L and Adventure Sport (not compatible with the CRF1100L). It is a direct replacement for the factory cast aluminum stand, which can bend and break under normal riding conditions. 

Do you climb on your bike while the side stand is down? Go for it.
Use your bike's side stand to break the bead on your friend's flat tire, no problem!

Our side stand uses a steel CNC machined mounting lug that's TIG welded to heavy wall DOM tubing. At the base is a large camel foot that is almost twice the size of the stock pad. No need for a foot enlarger here! Each side stand is powder-coated to ensure durability and a great look.

The Camel Toe Side Stand is available in 3 lengths:

  • Standard length (regular Africa Twin)
  • Shortened (-25mm) for use on LOWERED regular ATs bikes
  • Adventure Sports version



We do not recommend mixing and matching side stand lengths and bikes!


-If your bike is LOWERED, order the SHORTENED side stand.

-If you have a standard (non-Adventure Sports bike), order the STANDARD side stand.

-If you have an Adventure Sports Africa Twin, order the Adventure Sports side stand.

Side stands that have been installed are no longer new, and we will not accept exchanges or returns!

Don't consider anything else

The first surprise was that it arrived in Queensland Australia sooner than something I had ordered from Sydney but the best surprise was yet to come.
We had just arrived back from a 3500 km 2 up tour and I had reservations about the standard side stand all trip. Most recommendations were Camel. Upon u wrapping it became very obvious, very quickly when its so popular. Exceptionally strong and well made. Its much more robust than the pocs make it out to be. Watching my wife climb about the fully loaded AT whilst resting on the side stand is now a lot less anxiety filled for both me and my wife. I'm so glad I resisted the cheap eBay units. Well done Camel, it's so good to see quality products still produced at great value for money prices.

Do yourself a solid and buy one of these, you won't regret it.

Works excellent! My second one. Got the adventure stand due to redoing my suspension and it sits higher. Perfect length now. Great product

Camel Toe 2019 Africa Twin Adventure Sports

Bought this in 2024 to replace my side stand for a long trip. 2000 plus miles, I was glad to have this stand. Rock solid in all conditions. You can mount the bike using the peg and will feel no movement or flex.

Foot will deform if used as pivot

The foot will unfortunately deform if used as a pivot.
MFG should add a gusset like the Alt or OEM.
